 REFUNDS EXCHANGE & RETURN 

We have a very clear policy in terms of
Returns, Exchange and Refund.
1. Refund only when courier did not reach to the Customer which if verified by the courier service company and also in case of receiving a damaged product.
2. Always take a video while opening the parcel, which will be considered as proof, claim for refund cannot be processed until receiving the full opening video. For which we will provide you with a video for guidance.

3. Claim your return within 24 hours of receiving parcel by emailing us at thepgastore@gmail.com .
4. Exchange is not available we will refund you in case of a mishap during delivery.
5. Refund will be initiated and credited only when the product is not used and only after we receive the product back in the condition it was originally found in by the customer which should have a recorded proof.
6. Refund process will take 24-48 hours.
7. Customer has to bear Courier charge for returning the product.

 

We understand our policies are strict. 
But as a small business facing such fraudulent activity from customers is not affordable to us. We will try to provide you with the best service and easy returns to enhance your experience.
