At this point in time The P.G.A. Store is only able to do free delivery within the state of Maharashtra , this usually takes 5-9 business days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends. Thus we recommend you to place the order atleast 12 -14 days advance for it to reach within ideal time
We at The P.G.A. Store take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to
1. Always take video while opening parcel , which will be consider as proof.We will provide you with a video for guidance.
2. Claim your problem within 24 hours of receiving parcel by emailing us at thepgastore@gmail.com .
3. Exchange is not available we will refund you incase of mishap during delivery .
4. Refund will be credited after we receive the product back in the condition you recieved.
5. Refund will be initiated and credited only when the product is not used and only after we receive the product back in the condition it was originally found in by the customer which should have a recorded proof.
6. Refund process will take 24-48 hours.
7. Customer have to bear Courier charge for returning the product. Mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.

We have a very clear policy in terms of Returns, Exchange and Refund. 1. Refund only when courier did not reach to the Customer which if verified by the courier service company and also in case of receiving a damaged product. 2. Always take a video while opening the parcel, which will be considered as proof, claim for refund cannot be processed until receiving the full opening video. For which we will provide you with a video for guidance.

Buying Process is very Simple 8 steps process.
Step 1. Contact us and let us know what you are looking for.
Step 2. Quote us your idea of the how you want the product to be (we will guide you if needed ) and select size from following list .
Step 3. We will contact you in 24 hours to quote our price also will give you a rough idea and you can choose to go forward with the order with payment.
Step 4. Proceed with Payment and we will process your order.
Step 5 . Provide your Delivery Address with Contact details.
Step 6 . Once you do the payment immediately we share with you the basic layout of the product (you can here suggest for some modifications if required)
Step 7 . Once the product is ready (generally takes 2 days after order is placed ) we will notify you with a picture ( disclaimer : major modifications cannot be made once the product is ready )
Step 8 .You will Receive product Tracking ID for Live Tracking in the next 24 hours . Our Couriers mostly Reach within 5-9 Business days after packaging and shipping date.
