    3. Claim your return within 24 hours of receiving
    parcel.
    4. Exchange is not available we will refund you incase of mishap during delivery .
    5. Refund will be credited after we receive the
    product back in genuine condition.
    6. Refund will be initiated only when product
    is not used and we receive the video of the customer opening the product after its delivery.
    7. Refund process will take 24-48 hours.
    8. Customer have to bear Courier charge for
    returning the product.
